Objectives

The principal objective of the Society is to promote the interests of all its members residing in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, with the aim of achieving their social and economic betterment through self-help and mutual aid, in accordance with established cooperative principles.

The Society shall work toward:

  • Uplifting the economic and social status of its members through collective effort.
  • Encouraging a spirit of cooperation, equality, and shared responsibility.
  • Facilitating access to resources, services, and opportunities that contribute to the well-being of members.

Functions

To fulfill its objectives, the Society shall engage in the following functions:

Procure and supply essential goods, raw materials, and services at fair rates.

Provide training, education, and awareness programs to enhance member capacity and cooperative values.

Encourage and support livelihood, agricultural, and small-scale industrial initiatives.

Undertake welfare activities such as healthcare, education support, and community development.

Ensure democratic governance, transparency, and active member participation in all society affairs.

Membership

At present society has a total of 104 members. 52 members in Haryana and 52 members in Uttar Pradesh.

Who Can Become a Member?

  • Any citizen of India above the age of 18 who shares the cooperative’s vision and fulfills the eligibility criteria laid down in the bylaws.

How to Apply:

  • Submit a completed membership form with identity proof, address proof, and applicable fee.
  • Approval subject to the decision of the Managing Committee.

By-laws & Rules

Our cooperative functions in accordance with the By-laws & Rules are as per the MSCS Act & Rules 2002 and registered with Central Registrar Cooperative Societies, New Delhi on 27/01/2025 with registration number MSCS/CR/1594/2025. These rules ensure transparency, accountability, and democratic participation.
